  1. 1. Before filling up the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), thecandidates must go through the detailed Advertisement available on Sainik School Chandrapur's website. Please proceed to fill the online application only if you aresatisfied that you possess the minimum essential criteria / qualification stipulated forthe post in the detailed advertisement. However, if they submit multipleApplications for one post, then the application which is complete in all aspects shallbeconsidered, however no refund of fees for other applications be initiated. If thewrittenexam / skill test are scheduled on same day for different posts, it is at discretion ofcandidate / applicant to appear for any one of the post.

However, the Application will not betreated as finally submitted unless and until application number is autoassigned oncompletion of requisite payment. Please retain a print out of your finally submittedonlineapplication (complete with Payment Details and auto assigned application number) as aproofof submission of your application to Sainik School Chandrapur, whenever required.

All candidates whether in Government service or inGovernmentowned industrial or other similar organizations or in private employment should submittheirapplications online directly to Sainik School Chandrapur. Persons already in RegularGovernment service, whether in permanent or temporary capacity other thancasual/adhoc/dailywages/hourly paid/contract basis would be required to submit a declaration, wheneveraskedby Sainik School Chandrapur, that they had informed in writing to their Head ofOffice/Department while applying for this selection.

If post is not reserved for their respectivecategory,they can apply against unreserved vacancy and in such case they will be treated at parwith"UNRESERVED (UR)" candidates for all the purposes.

  10. 10. The prescribed Essential Qualifications are the minimum andthemere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for recruitmenttest/interview.

  1. A - In the event of number of applications being large,Sainik School Chandrapur will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number ofcandidates to be called for written exam to a reasonable number by any or more ofthefollowing methods :

    1. a- On the basis of Desirable Qualification (DQ) or any one or all of the DQs if more than one DQ is prescribed.

    3. c- On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.

    4. d- By counting experience before or after the acquisition of essential qualifications.

    8. THE CANDIDATE SHOULD, THEREFORE, MENTION ALL OF HER/HIS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE IN THE RELEVANT FIELDS OVER AND ABOVE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. For example, if experience is not essential for the post but an applicant possesses experience, he/she is advised to fill it in relevant field. Only those educational qualifications and experience etc. will be considered for scrutiny / short-listing which are explicitly claimed in the online application.

  2. B - THE CANDIDATES MUST UPLOAD ONLY RELEVANT DOCUMENTS WHEREVER REQUIRED IN THE ONLINE APPLICATION. THE UPLOADING OF IRRELEVANT/ ILLEGIBLE/ FABRICATED OR PASSWORD-PROTECTED DOCUMENTS MAY LEAD TO REJECTION OF THEIR APPLICATION APART FROM OTHER APPROPRIATE ACTION AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SAINIK SCHOOL CHANDRAPUR.
